Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern the use of Amoreccino’s consulting, training, and café development services. By engaging with us, you accept these conditions without reservation.

1. Scope of Services

All service descriptions, proposals, and timelines provided by Amoreccino are estimates based on the information available at the time of quotation. Actual scope may vary depending on site conditions, client readiness, and third-party dependencies. Any changes to the agreed scope will be documented in a written variation order before work proceeds.

2. Training & Certification

Barista training programs are designed for skill development and do not guarantee any specific certification outcome unless explicitly stated in the program outline. Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfactory attendance and assessment. Amoreccino reserves the right to modify training materials and methods as industry standards evolve.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, manuals, recipes, and processes developed by Amoreccino remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their internal operations. Redistribution, resale, or public reproduction of any proprietary content is prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Amoreccino’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, customer goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a nominal administrative charge.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
