Amoreccino provides specialty coffee culture consulting, barista training programs, and café experience development services to hospitality businesses in South Africa. These terms govern all engagements, including on-site consultations, scheduled training sessions, and digital resources delivered via our platform.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business operations, staff availability, and facility conditions before any service begins. You are responsible for ensuring that your premises meet basic health and safety standards for practical training components. Any changes to scheduled sessions must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
All training materials, manuals, assessment frameworks, and operational guides provided by Amoreccino remain our intellectual property. You may use them internally for your business but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without written permission. Feedback and case studies you share may be used anonymously for portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Amoreccino's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, customer dissatisfaction, or staff turnover, even if advised of the possibility. This clause does not exclude liability for gross negligence or statutory rights that cannot be waived under South African law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. In case of material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any proprietary materials received. Prepaid fees for unperformed sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any non-refundable deposit specified in your agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Registered clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation in Gauteng before any court proceedings are initiated.
